Not all filament is equal. Here's a plain-English rundown of what we print, what each material is good at, and which to pick — from everyday PLA to engineering-grade nylon and eco-friendly options.
Because our printer is a fully enclosed CoreXY with a 300 °C all-metal hotend, a 100 °C bed, and an active carbon filter, we can run high-temperature engineering plastics that open-frame printers warp and crack on — ABS, ASA, Nylon, and Polycarbonate. A built-in camera lets us watch long, hot prints from anywhere and catch issues early.
A 4-spool AMS sits on top, so a single part can mix up to four colors or materials — multi-color products, dissolvable supports, or color-coded parts in one run.
And with a range of nozzle sizes (0.2–0.8 mm), we tune each job to the part: a fine nozzle for crisp detail and miniatures, a wide one for faster, stronger large prints.

Tougher and more flexible than PLA, with better heat and moisture resistance. A reliable all-rounder for functional parts that take a knock.
Rubber-like and bendy. Springs back, grips, and absorbs shock. We run it off an external spool (it's not AMS-friendly).
The classic tough plastic — heat-resistant and easy to sand, glue, and paint. Needs our sealed, filtered chamber to print cleanly.
Like ABS but built for the sun — UV-stable and weatherproof. Our go-to for anything that lives outdoors and needs to hold color.
Slippery, wear-resistant, and tough. The choice for moving parts — gears, hinges, and snap-fits that need to survive repeated use.
About as strong and heat-tolerant as desktop printing gets — stiff, impact-resistant, and dimensionally stable under load.
Fiber-reinforced PETG, PA, and PC for maximum stiffness and a premium matte finish. Available on request once our hardened-nozzle upgrade is in place.

If sustainability matters for your product, ask for these. We're happy to print your order in a lower-impact material where the part allows.
PLA is made from renewable plants like cornstarch and sugarcane rather than petroleum. Under industrial composting (high heat and humidity) it breaks down — so it's the lowest-impact common filament, though it won't degrade in a backyard bin or landfill.
PHA is a bioplastic that biodegrades in far more conditions than plain PLA, including marine environments. Blended with PLA it prints easily and tough — a strong pick when end-of-life matters.
Recycled filament reuses post-consumer plastic — often old water bottles — cutting new material and waste. Slightly more variation in color, same dependable performance.
A note on honesty: "biodegradable" depends on how a part is disposed of. We won't overstate it — ask us and we'll tell you straight which option actually fits your use and disposal.
